The candidate has completed her BSc Hons in Business Information Technology and she has gained 4 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previously employed in the data analysis and process automation space, her experience included (but was not limited to) gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders, managing those relationships from project inception until post-delivery, being the go-to person with regards to process and how requirements will fit into the system. She created user stories in Confluence, assisted product owners with data required to track product progress and she tested new functionality for user acceptance. She has worked in an agile environment, she is familiar with reporting and data management tools (Salesforce, QlikView and Excel).
