He strikes me as quite a motivated and driven individual. He comes across very well, he is engaging, confident and well spoken. In discussing his strengths, he tells me his technical strengths lie in calculations, valuations, and feasibility modelling. He considers himself highly analytical, saying he spots things very quickly. He tells me he is an out-the-box thinker who brings innovative solutions to the table. He has been involved in a few projects recently which have taken him out of his comfort zone which he enjoys. He says he works better under pressure and maintains a loosely structured approach to his work.
