Newly Qualifying CA(SA)

He presents as very impressive soon to be CA(SA)! He is well spoken, mature and confident. He is busy completing his TOPP articles with one of the biggest retailers in SA. He passed both his board exams first time and will be signing off at the end of Dec 2022. He has been exposed to different areas of retail as he works on a rotational basis. Currently within reporting, he tells me that he thoroughly loves it. When asking where he feels his strengths lies, he tells me that one of his technical skills is having good IFRS understanding. He also believes he has good analytical and logical reasoning skills. His high attention to detail is another area where he feels he is good at. On his softer skills he feels he is a good communicator and team player. He has improved his relationship skills throughout his articles.
