An experienced Financial Services Payment Operations and Client Onboarding candidate. She has 8 years’ experience in the forex, payments and client onboarding space, with her last role being that of an Onboarding Analyst where she was responsible for client onboarding, managing relevant compliance and due diligence, processing of international payments, with exposure to SWIFT and SEPA requirements. She comes across as a team player, who enjoys the collaboration between internal teams to get to the bottom of client queries. She believes her strengths lie in her attention to detail, her people skills and her problem-solving skills. She has had good client payment processing experience across banking platforms such as Investec and Mercantile Bank and has good knowledge of required FICA, FACTA, KYC and AML compliance.
