Senior Financial Manager

She comes across a strong and mature individual. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a qualified CA(SA) with over 11 years FM and accounting experience. Almost 8 years management experience within audit and banking industry. She believes that her strength lies in streamlining processes, improving systems and can identify an issue and how to do improve it. She is currently managing 2 people and says her style is being very hands on with her team. She continued to say that she thrives off pressure and if she is unable to meet a deadline out of her control, she will reach out to someone and communicate. On a personal note, she tells me she is fun, loves travelling and is sociable. She is looking for a role that is less corporate, and more operationally focused.
