He is flexible and willing to get involved in roles that are not only pure finance but also operational and commercial. He has good levels of EQ enjoys working with people and teams. He is a strong problem solver and is both technically strong and able to manage, develop and work well with people. He believes that a good team culture is one that is collective and collaborative, and he enjoys developing people and fostering a culture of support and growth
