What you’ll be doing:

Visit and review different locations, learn local processes and regulations
Advise on microfinance products, lending, and digital financial tool
Improve and implement financial strategies for the group
Liaise with fintech teams in various locations, improve digital microfinancing solutions
Identify opportunities for expansion
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and responsible lending practices
