My client who is a Bulgarian/European-based boutique Investment Bank, founded by a team of highly experienced Investment Banking professionals and Business Entrepreneurs is seeking a Financial Reporting Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This is a fully remote role in South Africa.

What you’ll be doing:
- Visit and review different locations, learn local processes and regulations
- Advise on microfinance products, lending, and digital financial tool
- Improve and implement financial strategies for the group
- Liaise with fintech teams in various locations, improve digital microfinancing solutions
- Identify opportunities for expansion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and responsible lending practices
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or in Finance, Economics, Business, or related (MBA preferred)
- Experience in finance or banking
- Strong understanding of loans and credit facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
What will make you stand out:
- CFA, CPA, CFP, or equivalent certification
- Experience in credit, microfinancing, or fintech
- Familiar with microloans, digital banking, financial inclusion for unbanked individuals
