Creditors Administrator

Job Description

My client in the logistics industry is seeking a Creditors Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Process all POD’s, ensuring they are correctly loaded to the online platform 
  • Maintain tracking schedule, ensure POD’s are received timeously from transporters 
  • Receive packages and scan supplier invoices and POD’s 
  • Reconcile suppliers as required by assistant accountant 
  • Follow up on missing POD’s 
  • Maintain filing system 
  • Answer and direct calls to relevant individuals 
  • Ad hoc duties as required 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of a completed Matric 
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years relevant experience
  • MSOffice and Pastel skills
  • Must be able to manage and control processes
  • High accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Good communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients 
  • Self-starter able to work well on their own as well as in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
