Creditors Administrator
Job Description
My client in the logistics industry is seeking a Creditors Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Process all POD’s, ensuring they are correctly loaded to the online platform
- Maintain tracking schedule, ensure POD’s are received timeously from transporters
- Receive packages and scan supplier invoices and POD’s
- Reconcile suppliers as required by assistant accountant
- Follow up on missing POD’s
- Maintain filing system
- Answer and direct calls to relevant individuals
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of a completed Matric
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years relevant experience
- MSOffice and Pastel skills
- Must be able to manage and control processes
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
- Self-starter able to work well on their own as well as in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
