Financial Manager
Job Description
Our client, a leading Financial Services company is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team. This role is best suited to an experienced CA(SA) with mininum 6 years experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Collate monthly financial management packs and various business scorecards
- Monthly sales reporting, both sales volume analysis and dashboard building, and the automation of this process.
- Manage financial admin and reporting
- Monthly variance analysis and cost investigation
- Assist with compilation of financial statements
- Provide feedback on critical issues
- Process journals and payments
- Maintain effective controls and procedures
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Support overall financial management
Requirements:
- Minimum of CA(SA) qualified
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ post qualified experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Statutory reporting
- Strong financial and business understanding
- Effective team management and leadership skills
