Financial Property Administrator

Join my well established client in the property industry as a Financial Property Administrator. You must have a minimum of a Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject with relevant working experience. If this is you, please apply today!

Responsibilities: 

  • Draft new leases & renewal leases using approved templates and guidelines
  • Load, audit, review, verify leases captured on MDA
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyse data, identify corrections, improvements 
  • Compile annual lease income budgets and forecasts
  • Manage admin and documents,ensure new lease is issued and finalized before the commencement date
  • Review lease related documents and critical information including rent and other financial obligations
  • Track outstanding lease documents and amendments
  • Manage tenant files and all relevant correspondence, ensure documents are valid 
  • Follow up on outstanding documents Contracts (Lease agreements), Sureties & Bank Guarantees, Resolutions, Addendums, Offer to lease and FICA Documentation
  • Resolve tenant queries, build relationships with tenants ensure arrears are resolved and leases concluded

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy as subject or equivalent qualification
  • Must have 3 years’ experience in property industry with working knowledge of real estate contracts
  • Must have degree in accountancy, law, property studies or equivalent 
  • Excellent Communication and Telephone skills
  • Strong Administrative skills, detailed, focused
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proficient in MDA Property Management System
  • Ability to Multi-task and work under pressure, high tolerance for stress
