Head: Consolidated Reporting

Job Description

Our client, a leading Financial Services company, is looking for a Head of Consolidated Reporting to join their growing team. This role reports to the CFO and the ideal individual will be a seasoned CA(SA) with extensive Financial Services experience. 


  • Manage monthly cluster consolidation process for management and statutory reporting
  • Prepare, analysis and review Exco, Board and Quarterly Business Review documents
  • Consolidate, analysis and review monthly reporting of the business clusters consolidated results to management
  • Manage forecasts process
  • Manage budgeting process
  • Manage relationships with Group Finance team
  • Key role in accounting for the divisions Mergers and Acquisition transactions
  • Provide consolidation system and disclosure guidance to the division
  • Prepare monthly general ledger close, annual financial statements and budgets for divisions entities
  • Implement new accounting standards for the division
  • Review the intercompany process within the division
  • Responsible for Annual Financial Statements process in the division
  • Submit and review annual and provisional tax returns


  • Qualified CA(SA)
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a Financial Manager role 
  • Strong consolidation, HFM and financial services experience is essential
