Reconciliation Analyst

Dynamic fintech team servicing international clients and who are in an exciting growth phase seeks a Reconciliations Analyst to join their FinOps team and be responsible for the reconciliation of client accounts. The role offers potential for future growth. It sits within the shared services team, who are proactive and forward-thinking and who offer a flexible hybrid working model and a great working environment! Responsibilities:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly client account reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Identify discrepancies in financial records
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes and resolutions as required
  • Monitor compliance within financial regulations and policies
  • Support on internal and external audits, with documentation and explaining methodologies
  • Role reports to the Group Financial Controller
  • Ad hoc FinOps project work as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a completed accounting or finance qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience strong reconciliations experience, with a preference to candidates who have current fintech experience
  • Must be analytical and have good data analysis skills
  • Detail orientated with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MSOffice, excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred, Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite ideal
  • A good team player with a “can-do” attitude and task orientated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Results driven with a client centric mind-set
