I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant to join a growing and reputable financial services company based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be results orientated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical and numerical skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the outsourced fund administrator in terms of service agreements
• Review fund closing workings and income calculations
• Review and finalise NAV workings/distribution waterfall per fund, capital account statement and ad hoc investor reports
• Review and finalise reporting packs and annual financial statements
• VAT/Corporate Tax compliance
• Manage external audit
• Assist with annual budget preparation
