External Recruitment Candidate Consultant – Black River Park, Observatory, South Africa

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  1. Analysis and control of candidate database
  2. Talent sourcing by identifying and researching top talent and suitable matches, through headhunting and online tools and networks
  3. Contacting, qualifying and screening candidates
  4. Conducting in-depth interviews with each candidate identified, using a behavioural-based interviewing style
  5. Partnering with other consultants in their searches for specific requirements
  6. Database updates, including extrapolation of old information to current
  7. Ongoing liaison with candidates
  8. Managing candidates expectations going forward
  9. Ad hoc administrative tasks and candidate initiatives and projects
  10. Running own desk with regards to deadlines and candidate management
  11. Website and Social Media content management
  12. Optimising web site pages on a coordinated basis                                                                                                           Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree Majoring in Human Resources or Marketing
  • Fluent in English (Read, Write and Speak)
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, detailed people person that is able to multitask and is deadline driven
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Articulate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills and time management skills
