My Client, based in the CBD, is looking to employ an Accountant to join their team


Creditors:  •Capture invoices •Query where necessary •Reconcile to creditors statements •Prepare payments Debtors: •Prepare and load invoices •Send out statements •Collect debts •Reconcile to distribution and subscription reports Cash book: •Capture bank statements into cash book •Reconcile bank statements Petty Cash: •Control petty cash disbursements •Reconcile float on a regular basis General Ledger: •Perform monthly close entries •Reconcile balance sheet control accounts •Prepare monthly management accounts •Budget v Actual report for review •Prepare 3rd party reporting for review ADHOC: •Financial Analysis •Expense monitoring •Various other projects and duties as required

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Financial Accounting and must have completed Articles
