An organised and self-motivated individual is required to join a corporate concern within their finance fees team. This is a 6 month contract position to commence September.


·         Ensure that fee calculations are in line with the latest mandates

·         Update accounting package with new mandates & updating existing client’s records with changes.

·         Perform reasonability checks on the fee calculations and update calculations as required

·         Prepare fee invoices

·         Prepare fund transfer requests as required

·         Following up on long outstanding accounts receivable balances

·         Process receipts in the accounting package

·         Perform all daily, monthly and quarterly calculations on the system

·         Maintenance of fee data in the system, fee system and accounting package, sales module

·         Assisting in business planning and reforecasting

·         Preparation of monthly report

·         Liaising with external and internal auditors as required

·         Participate in adhoc accounting projects

·         Attend to adhoc departmental queries

·         Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

·         Prepare the monthly Analytical Review for review by management

Qualifications & Experience

·         2 – 3 years related working experience within financial services

·         Bcom or studying towards with relevant accounting diploma if currently studying
