Sales and Distribution Management experience.
Experience in driving the strategic direction of distribution and sales in retail and institutional investments on a B2B basis dealing with a countrywide base of independent advisers, discretionary fund managers and networks.
Strong technical knowledge of Investment and Portfolio Management, Investment Products and the marketing and sales funnel management of financial products.
Tactical execution of business goals through personal interaction as well as the direction of teams, building sales processes and measurement of achieved waypoints and goals.
Achieved sales success personally and through a team of managers and consultants.
Financial and general management of staff, recruitment, incentives, marketing, and sales initiatives.
RE 1 and 5 with previous Key Individual status (KI) on numerous categories with the FSCA.
