Our core business is the attraction, selection and placement of finance staff for our clients. We provide specialized recruitment services to our clients out of two divisions within the business – Financial Services and Commercial Finance. Each division is manned by consultants and researchers with advanced knowledge of the industries into which they recruit. Each arena is clearly defined within our business and serviced according to the unique client and candidate requirements associated with each. Staff members are selected for their specialist knowledge which enables them to make informed decisions regarding the suitability of candidates for each position based on experience, client culture and qualification. Consultants gain integral knowledge of the clients and industries in which they recruit, thus enhancing service delivery. We operate in both the permanent and the contractual recruitment arenas and are able provide Temporary Employment Services to our clients.
