Responsibilities:
- The full 360 degree recruitment cycle on your own profit-making desk.
- Business development, client retention and client relationship management.
- Candidate sourcing, qualifying and matching.
- Candidate retention and relationship management.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years’ experience in external professional recruitment at a senior level.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Commitment to high level of excellence.
- Business partnering and relationship building skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
On average, our consultants have close to 10 years external recruitment experience. We don’t have the ability to train newcomers to this industry. We hire senior recruiters with a proven track record and who are solid account managers, exclusively within the financial recruitment space. This superb opportunity would suit someone with a proven business acumen and go getter personality. It requires a skillset way above the ability to simply match CVs as a transactional consultant.
