On average, our consultants have close to 10 years external recruitment experience and each bill over R1 million pa. We don’t have the ability to train newcomers to this industry. We hire senior recruiters with a proven track record and who are solid account managers, exclusively within the financial recruitment space. This superb opportunity would suit someone with a proven business acumen and go getter personality. It requires a skillset way above the ability to simply match CVs as a transactional consultant.
We will not be looking at anyone with less than 5 years external recruitment consultant experience. Our model does not allow us to train up inexperienced people. Our environment is a perfect fit for established consultants with strong business acumen looking to move to Cape Town either from Gauteng or the UK.
