Now a fully qualified CIMA member (ACMA, CGMA), this cost accountant has worked across mining, retail, financial services and automotive environments. He joined a vehicle importer during its pre-launch phase, helping set up the finance function and integrating SAP with the bank for automated floorplan payments. He now costs all imported vehicles, including duties, clearing charges and foreign-exchange exposure, and handles budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning and the annual audit.
