Candidate Profile for a Financial Manager

A driven and energetic CA(SA) with a solid audit foundation across manufacturing, FMCG, retail and public sector clients, where she took on team leadership and client reporting responsibility early. She currently heads up finance in a fast-growing, tech-enabled business, where she has built the finance function from the ground up, introducing management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, sound processes and automation, and working closely with executive leadership and the board. She has also developed investor-ready financial models to support capital raising. Technically strong and highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling, she combines a sound grasp of IFRS with a practical, hands-on understanding of operations. Adaptable, articulate and a natural relationship builder, she enjoys being the person the business relies on for decision-making information. She is now looking for a Financial Manager or FP&A role with greater responsibility and a strong analytical focus and is open to opportunities in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
