Candidate Profile for a Financial Reporting Manager

A CA(SA) qualified in 2018 with close to a decade’s experience covering assurance, global financial reporting and group consolidation within corporate, financial services and SME environments. She completed her articles with a Big4 firm across South Africa and the Netherlands, before progressing into a global financial reporting management role with an international corporate group, and most recently held a senior group reporting management position with a further corporate group in the Netherlands, where she led group reporting improvements, IFRS position papers and the financial onboarding of acquisitions. She has since returned to South Africa and is now based in Pretoria, having taken on a hands-on finance and operations leadership role within the hospitality sector, building an accounting function from the ground up and playing a key role in turning around a struggling business. Known for her analytical, methodical and process-driven approach, she brings strong technical rigour, clear communication and a proven ability to build and strengthen finance functions from the ground up, making her a valuable addition to any finance or reporting team.
