Senior Accountant

With a completed SAICA training contract she is eligible to register as an AGA(SA). She has a solid background in assurance and in-house accounting, currently managing the full accounting function for a portfolio of companies across hospitality, accommodation and service sectors. Her technical strengths lie in financial reporting, tax and VAT compliance, management accounts, cash flow forecasting and budget preparation. Notable contributions include leading assurance engagements, developing standardized work papers using ISA principles and data analytics, and making client recommendations that were adopted. Describing herself as thorough, collaborative and people focused. In practice she delegates and mentors’ junior staff, checks work regularly and values clear feedback. Her immediate ambition is to register as an AGA and continue toward a CA qualification. She is open to senior accounting roles in either practice or industry where there is room for growth and study support
