Candidate Profile for a Senior Finance Manager

A CA(SA) with over 15 years of experience across financial management and finance business partnering roles, including articles at a mid-tier audit firm and financial manager roles across the on-demand delivery, specialist retail, and services sectors. She has spent the past several years at a fintech and payments group, progressing from Finance Analyst to Senior Divisional Finance Manager, where she is responsible for two of the group’s three main channels, including the informal-trade retail business and the aggregation and value-added services business, overseeing a general ledger of roughly 6,000 accounts and a combined monthly turnover in the billions of rands. She manages AR and AP managers and their teams, drives automation initiatives in the absence of a dedicated ERP system, and reports jointly to the Group Financial Manager and Head of Finance.
